Return and Exchange Period

  • No-Reason Returns or Exchanges:
    The buyer has the right to return or exchange a purchased item without providing any reason within 14 calendar days from the day the buyer receives the last item in their order.

Condition of the Item

Returned or exchanged items must be:

  • unused

  • unwashed

  • undamaged

  • in original, saleable condition

  • with original packaging

  • with original accessories (if applicable)

The seller reserves the right to refuse acceptance of an item if these conditions are not met.

The Return/Refund Process

Notice of Return or Exchange

To start a return or exchange, please email us at info@jpranckunaite.com and include your order number so we can help you faster.

Please contact us before sending anything back — items sent without prior notice won’t be accepted.

Shipping the Item

Please send your return or exchange by registered mail. After shipping, email us the tracking number within 24 hours.

Shipping Costs

If an item is returned or exchanged at the buyer’s discretion (without defects), the return and reshipping costs are paid by the buyer.

If the item is returned or exchanged due to a manufacturing defect, all shipping costs are covered by the seller.

Processing and Refund:

If you return an item that isn’t defected, we’ll refund the price you paid for the product only. Shipping costs aren’t refundable.

If you received the wrong or defected item, we’ll replace it with the correct one at no extra cost. If the item isn’t available, we’ll issue a full refund, including the product price and the original shipping costs you paid.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days after we receive the returned item.

Exchanges

If you’d like a different product, you’ll need to return your original item for a refund and then place a new order for the product you want.

Exchanges are only available for the same product a different size. Once your return is approved, we’ll process the exchange or refund based on your request.

Exceptions & Special Cases

Items that are individually personalised according to the buyer’s order are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, except in cases where the item is defective.
